Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy At FormFactr, we value your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process, please note the following conditions for returns and refunds: 

  1. Returns & Eligibility,

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for items due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color selection, or delays in shipping. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (clear photos/video) of the issue.

  1. Non-Returnable Items,

 Personalized/custom products, items on sale, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items, headwear (headsets and in ear headphones), and personal care goods cannot be returned.

  1. Refunds,

Approved refunds are issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  1. Exchanges,

Exchanges are not offered at this time. If your item is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

  1. Responsibility for Returns,

If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
